Furniture made up of RICE in India....

 In Chennai India there is a guy who makes tables chairs couches and even beds out of rice.

B L Bengani loves nature but he also loves furniture. He started working in the furniture business at a very young age and eventually became a millionaire but he realized the cost of his success was the death of millions of trees. So he searched around the world for something sturdy that could replace wood and found that the husk on rice crops could be very strong.

Bengani took the rice husk to his factory crushed it and mixed it with some minerals and resin to end up with the cheapest and most sustainable wood.

This wood is insect proof, weather proof and it cant even spread fire.

This story is proof that when people like Bengani bring nature and technology together we are able to enjoy beautiful furniture inside without destroying the nature outside.
