 Henry Ford - The founder of Ford motor company once took 2 candidates for dinner.

They were both graduates of the same university, they had the same GPA ( Grade Point Average)

They both were geniuses.

They finished their dinner & they walked out of the restaurant and as soon as they walked out Ford said to the one you are hired and said to the other one we won’t be proceeding together. Thank you very much for a lovely dinner.

They young guy summoned the courage and said Mister Ford can I ask you something sir?

We never spoke about engineering, we never spoke about cars, we never spoke about university, we only spoke about general things.

Why are you hiring my friend and not myself?

And Mister Ford said for 2 reasons

First reason is that your friend tried his steak and then he put salt and you put salt & then you tried your steak - I like people who try things before they make changes.

Second & most important reason of them all your friend was polite with all the waiters saying Thank You and please but they were invisible for you all the waiters.

You only were polite when you were addressing me.

So great leader somebody you want to impact your organization doesn’t have to see hierarchy he has to see human beings!

Intelligent Animal - CROW....

 It’s pretty unexpected that one of the most intelligent animals in the world has been labelled as Evil and Bad Omen!! Meet Crow or Corvids in general. They are mischievous, playful and extremely intelligent. They can use tools to Forage and solve complex problems. They also known to drop hard shelled nuts on the road so that passing by cars can crack it and then they pick them up once the road is safe using the pedestrian lights. Scientists have found that crow’s problem solving abilities are better than 7 year old human. They also can recognize faces and have been known to hold a Grudge against someone who was rude to them. Crows live in a group and have a complex social structure they share territories and help raising each other’s young every season. They are Omnivorous and their diet mainly consists of small insects, worms, seeds and fruits. Crows can be found all over the world with their ability to adapt to their environment.

When calculated with today’s dollars value he donated around $ 102 billion or 81 million rupees. In the last century it accounted for about 12% of total amount donated.
