In most developed countries, if you are unemployed, the government provides some nice unemployement benefits.

For example, in Finland, you will get euro 800 per month (approx. 70,000 INR monthly) is given freely by the government for being unemployed.

Here, the question arises why would people want to work?

The answer is hidden in the system created by the government.

In Finland, there is a maximum limit to their unemployment benefits, 400 days.

you can get these benefits for only 1 year.

Secondly, you will need to register as a job seeker, that you are actively looking for jobs.

Every month you will need to update the government on the number of job application filed and the rejection thereon it needs to be shown to the government with suffecient proof, if you want the benifits.

Thirdly, you will get the benefits only if you meet the minimum education qualifications. if not, you will be sent for vocational training.

But it will be FREE..

Basically, the system is designed in a way that only people in need can benefit from it, but those who wish to misuse it, cant!!
