 Who is the largest job provider in India?

Number 1 is the Indian Armed forces with 14 lakh jobs provided by Indian Armed Forces

Number 2  is the Indian Railways that employees 12 lakh people

But they cannot be considered as companies.

In terms of companies, 

Number 3 is the Tata group of companies which provide 9 lakh jobs people employed

Number 4 comes the Infosys with more than 2.5 lakhs jobs employees.

Number 5 Reliance Industries limited with 2.36 lakhs job

Number 6 WIPRO with 2.31 lakh jobs

Intrestingly ADANI isnt on the list of the top 25, as they have around 23,000 employees only!!!

But in this list, if we include cooperatives, higher up than the Indian Armed forces is AMUL more than 36 lakh farmers & families of farmers depend on AMUL.

This is how cooperatives like Amul have contributed to the development of the nation.
