TESLA is not the number one anymore. Guess who is number one?

China’s BYD has taken the number one spot as the largest electric vehicle producer in the World. The company sold more cars than Tesla in 2022. 

And can you guess who the early investor in BYD was?

Yeah, its non-other than Mr.Warren Buffett.

He invested in the company in 2008 and his $230 million of investment are now worth a massive $7.7 Billion.

But how does the company manage to do this? 

Now BYD’s factories were running even the lockdowns in China because they were far away from the main COVID hotspot areas like Shanghai. 

And were as Tesla’s biggest manufacturing plant in China? Shanghai…

While Tesla’s factories were shut, BYD was producing more and more and more car.

And as a result of this, the shares of BYD have shot up by a major 36% in one year. 

Now we have to wait and watch who will WIN – Is it Elon Mask or Warren Buffett?
