It is really hard to build a business.

In business a lot of numbers are important but this is the most important number it is called RETENTION.

Imagine your business like a water bottle with a hole in it.

The cusotmers are like the water. they come to the business but because of the hole they dont come back.

This is called BAD RETENTION and this kills the businesses.

If your cusotmer dosent come back no matter what you do your business is dead.

Fixing retention is the most important thing for businesses.
